Sunday Pack Runs...
The current club programme is run every Sunday unless noted below.
- Walkers start 6:00 am (reverts to 7:00 am from Rotorua Marathon day on 1 May 2010)
- Runners start 7:00 am (reverts to 8:00 am from Rotorua Marathon day on 1 May 2010)
Sunday 7 March: Week 7; A new 28.5km course via Penrose, Mt Albert and Grey Lynn, and 20km for non-marathoners. See you at 6:45 am for a 7:00 am run time.
Sunday 14 March: Week 8; our famous 32km run around Mangere mountain and back, and 22km for non-marathoners. See you at 6:45 am for a 7:00 am run time.

Our build-up for the Rotorua Marathon started on 24 January. See below for details of our runs during the build-up...
Sunday 28 February: Week 6; 28.5km via College Hill, Tamaki Dr to Mission Bay, hilly bits inland, then back the same way, and 20km for non-marathoners.
Sunday 21 February: Week 5; 26.5km via Avondale, NW Motorway, Chinaman's Hill and home, and 18km for non-marathoners.
Sunday 14 February: Week 4; 26km via Onehunga coastal walkway and home, and 18km for non-marathoners.
Sunday 7 February: Week 3; 24km via Ponsonby, Pt Chev, Avondale and home, and 18km for non-marathoners.
Sunday 31 January: Week 2; 23km via One Tree Hill, Tamaki Dr and home, and 15km for non-marathoners.
Sunday 24 January: Week 1; 21km around Hillsborough Rd and back, and 15km for non-marathoners.

Sunday 1 November: Auckland Marathon day! The club is closed today to support our entrants. We'd love non-runners to help at the YMCA Marathon Club support tent near the finish line in Victoria Park if you're free.
Sunday 25 October: Week 14; the final run before the marathon next weekend! 16km Westhaven, Victoria Park, Quay St.
Sunday 18 October: Week 13; 26km via Ponsonby Rd, Meola, Mt Albert, Campbell, Gt South for marathoners and 18km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 11 October: Week 12; 32km along Tamaki Dr and over to Panmure returning via Remuera for marathoners and 22km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 4 October: Week 11; 27km loop around Hillsborough Rd & One Tree Hill for marathoners and 20km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 27 September: Week 10; 31.5km to Titirangi via Great North Rd and back the hilly way for marathoners and 22km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 20 September: Week 9; 27km from North Shore YMCA down to Devonport and back for marathoners and 20km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 13 September: Week 8; A 32km meander out around Mangere Mountain and back for marathoners and 22km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 6 September: Week 7; 29km out to Panmure Basin and back for marathoners and 20km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 30 August: Week 6; 28km via College Hill, waterfront, hilly bits, and back the same way for marathoners and 20km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 23 August: Week 5; 27km alongside the NW Motorway and back through the 'burbs for marathoners and 18km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 16 August: Week 4; 26km along the waterfront and back via Remuera Rd for marathoners and 18km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 9 August: Week 3; 24km up Dominion Rd, Blockhouse Bay Rd, Coyle Park & Cox's Bay for marathoners and 18km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 2 August: Week 2; 22.5km through Parnell, Remuera, One Tree Hill and Newmarket for marathoners and 15km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 26 July: Week 1 of Auckland Marathon build-up! Our famous 21km Hillsborough run for marathoners and 15km for non-marathon runners.

Sunday 3 May: Today is it, the Rotorua marathon! Good luck all competitors! There will be a smaller than usual group running from the Y today.
Sunday 26 April: Week 14 of Rotorua marathon build-up. The club is closed today for the YMCA Women's Event. Enjoy a gentle 16km run before the marathon next week.
Sunday 19 April: Week 13. 26km out around Hillsborough Rd anti-clockwise for marathoners, and 18km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 12 April: Week 12. 32km along the waterfront and into the depths of Glen Innes for marathoners, and 22km (or 16km) for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 5 April: Week 11; 29km around Panmure lagoon and back for marathoners, and 20km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 29 March: Week 10. The longest run of the build-up; 33km out to Te Atatu and back for marathoners, and 21km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 22 March: Week 9; our infamous 27km run to the top of Mt Wellington and back for marathoners, and 20km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 15 March: Week 8; our famous 32km run around Mangere mountain and back for marathoners, and 22km for non-marathon runners.
Sunday 8 March: Week 7; 28.5km along Tamaki Dr with a bit of hill work along the way for marathoners, and 20km for non-marathoners.
Sunday 1 March: Week 6; 27km via NW Motorway footpath for marathoners, and 16km or 21km for non-marathon runners.
